To book your place on the Uros Floating Islands tour with us, follow these steps: First, click on the “Book Now” button above. This will open our booking form, where you will have to select your preferred departure date. Then, fill in each participant’s personal information. The final step is payment, which can be made by credit or debit card.

In addition, there are additional options available, such as the extension of the trip to the island of Taquile or Amantaní, or the traditional ride in one of the large boats made of reeds. These reed boat rides are coordinated and paid directly to the local inhabitants of the island during the visit.

Of course, you can store your luggage or additional belongings with us safely. You don’t need to carry large suitcases on the boat to the floating islands, as a small backpack is enough for the day. You can hand over your large suitcases to our staff at the port or drop them off at the warehouse of your hotel in Puno. At the end of the tour of Lake Titicaca, at wperu-travel we will take care of returning your belongings immediately.

In case you feel unwell, nauseous or affected by altitude while sailing, the world travel team is fully prepared to help you quickly. Our boats have a basic first aid kit and the islands are located within walking distance of the city of Puno. Our guide will attend to you immediately and, if necessary, coordinate a quick return by boat to the main port to transfer you to a nearby health center.
